This is my humble attempt to gather the vital sciences related to Fiqh in diagram format. I hope this will assist the aspiring/current Fiqh student in obtaining a better idea of which sciences/topics are studied before, along with, or after one has mastered a Fiqh manual. Each science varies in their level of priority and importance, but nevertheless, they must be studied at some point. This is an incomplete work in which I intend to edit with more details in the future إن شاء الله. However, as the poet said,
ولا ترج فعل الخير يوما إلى غد … لعل غدا يأتي وأنت فقيد
“Do not delay good deeds for another day, for perhaps tomorrow arrives whilst you are gone.”
So I ask Allah to accept this effort and allow others to benefit. Aameen.
